Job Details Key Responsibilities Lead all accounting operations (GL, AP/AR, payroll, cash) Deliver accurate monthly financials within 10 business days Maintain clean balance sheet reconciliations and audit-ready books Oversee billing, collections, and transaction accuracy Enforce internal controls, cash discipline, and process standardization Identify inefficiencies and drive automation/improvements Ensure accurate job costing, margin visibility, and cost allocation Partner with operations on revenue recognition and profitability Improve DSO, billing speed, and cash conversion cycle Build/own 13-week cash flow forecasting Support budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting Support EBITDA normalization and financial clarity Clean, audit-ready financials with minimal adjustments Consistent, timely close (10 days or better) Improved cash flow, billing, and collections Clear KPI visibility and job-level profitability Business ready for institutional diligence Qualifications 8–12+ years in accounting/finance (Controller-level) Multi-entity experience ($50M–$150M preferred) Strong in job costing environments (construction, logistics, manufacturing, etc.) Experience improving processes, controls, and systems ERP experience (NetSuite, Dynamics, etc.) Nice to Have CPA, MBA, or transaction/QoE exposure Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
