Description - Your Daily Contributions

• Execute routine and advanced clinical laboratory tests-covering areas such as chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyond-as per established protocols.
• Assess results for precision, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and perform thorough maintenance and calibration of lab equipment.
• Prepare samples as needed and assist with specimen collection to ensure seamless testing processes.
• Document all procedures meticulously, assist in training newcomers or students, and contribute to maintaining high lab quality standards.
• Ensure a clean and safe work environment while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, along with preparation for ASCP / AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of hire.
• Ongoing maintenance of current certification required throughout employment.
