Required Skills & Experience
• 2-4+ years of Business Analyst or Business Technical Analyst experience.\n\t• Strong experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and validating business and technical requirements.\n\t• Experience creating user stories, process flows, functional specifications, technical specifications, and acceptance criteria.\n\t• Experience facilitating requirements workshops, stakeholder meetings, and cross-functional collaboration sessions.\n\t• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work across business and technical teams.\n\t• Experience supporting software delivery projects from requirements gathering through implementation and testing.\n\t• Excellent communication, presentation, documentation, and facilitation skills.\n\t• Ability to manage priorities across multiple projects, stakeholders, and global teams.\nBusiness-level fluency in English.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.\n\t• Experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar Agile lifecycle management tools.\n\t• Understanding of APIs, system integrations, data flows, and cloud-based applications.\n\t• Experience with connected vehicle, telematics, fleet management, or IoT platforms.\n\t• Experience coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and System Integration Testing (SIT).\n\t• Experience working with globally distributed teams, particularly across the United States, Europe, and India.\nExperience supporting enterprise software implementations or product delivery initiatives.

Job Description

A fortune 200 company's Global Connected Services (GCS) organization is seeking a Business Analyst to support the Global Over-the-Air (GOTA) delivery team. This team is responsible for delivering and enhancing OTA (Over-the-Air) update services used across all vehicles globally.\n\nThis individual will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, gathering and documenting requirements, facilitating workshops, and translating business needs into user stories, process flows, specifications, and acceptance criteria. They will partner closely with Product Owners, Architects, Engineers, Development Teams, QA teams, and business stakeholders across North America, Europe, and India to ensure OTA solutions meet business, operational, and regulatory requirements.\n\nOn a daily basis, the Business Analyst will support global onboarding, application configuration, and implementation activities while helping drive enhancements to the company's connected vehicle services. Responsibilities include facilitating stakeholder discussions, supporting API and system integration initiatives, coordinating testing activities such as SIT and UAT, documenting business processes, and preparing the business for project and product rollouts.\n\nSuccess in this role will come from effectively translating business needs into actionable technical requirements, driving collaboration across geographically distributed teams, improving business processes, and helping deliver OTA capabilities that create value for their customers around the world.
