Renown Hedge Fund with global reach is seeking a highly organized Management Coordinator to join their dynamic team. Join a collaborative and growing team supporting multiple Senior members while also assisting the broader team as needed.

Responsibilities Include:

• Manage complex calendars for multiple senior team members, including scheduling meetings and prioritizing tasks
• Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, representing the team and company with professionalism
• Organize meetings and prepare presentation materials.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
• Prepare and process expense reports and reimbursements.
• Tackle a wide range of administrative and operational tasks to keep the team running smoothly.

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a polished and professional demeanor.
