Job Opportunity – Medical-Surgical/Telemetry RN – Ohio

Start Date: November 2, 2026

Location: Columbus, Ohio

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night shift, 36 hours per week, Float Pool assignment. Weekend and holiday coverage required (minimum 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule). Patient ratio 1:5. Float assignment to multiple units as needed.

Highlights:

• Float Pool position providing exposure to diverse patient populations and clinical settings
• Medical-Surgical and Telemetry patient care with comprehensive interdisciplinary support
• Epic charting system utilized throughout the facility
• 24 hours of orientation provided to ensure successful onboarding
• Adult and geriatric patient populations with varied diagnoses
• Access to IV teams, rapid response teams, respiratory services, pharmacy, and full ancillary support

Requirements:

• Active RN license (Compact or Ohio state license required at time of submission)
• Minimum 2 years of recent RN experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• BLS certification required; ACLS, CPI, and NIHSS preferred
• Epic charting system experience required
• Proficiency in IV starts and telemetry monitoring required
• Trauma Level I or II experience preferred
• Must be available to complete Ohio fingerprinting process immediately upon contract signing
• Nursing degree from ACEN or CCNE accredited program required
• Two professional references required (at least one from manager/director or formal leadership)
• Flu vaccination required (medical exemptions only)
