Your Impactful Role as an RN Case Manager

In your pivotal role based at our Arden Hills office, you will:

• Manage and schedule visits: Enjoy the independence of managing your patient visits, traveling within the community to provide personalized, one-on-one nursing services in patients' homes. This role allows you to make deep connections with patients, ensuring they receive the utmost care and attention.
