Key Responsibilities\n

In your position as an LCSW, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments of clients to identify their psychosocial needs and challenges.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that address the specific needs of each client.

• Conducting ongoing monitoring of client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Providing psycho-education and support to clients and their families, empowering them to take an active role in the recovery process.

• Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and counselors, to coordinate holistic treatment approaches.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a closely related field.

• Valid and active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida.

• Proficient knowledge in assessment, diagnosis, treatment methodologies, risk assessment, and crisis management specifically related to addiction and mental health.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively document client progress and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

• Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and client management.

Preferred Experience\n
