Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments to understand clients' backgrounds and challenges, ensuring a holistic and individualized approach to treatment.

• Facilitating individual, couples, and family therapy sessions that address a wide range of issues, including communication breakdowns, stress management, and relationship dynamics.

• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and collaborative goal-setting with clients.

• Utilizing multiple therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, emotion-focused therapy, and systemic family therapy, to best support client progress.

• Documenting client interactions, progress notes, and treatment modifications accurately and promptly to maintain continuity of care.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and clinical social workers, to provide comprehensive services and referrals as needed.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
