Job Description
- Responsible technical support and management of 510 enterprise customer relationships
- Act as a trusted advisor for platform usage, integration best practices, and architectural decisions
- Translate complex customer requirements into actionable feature requests and co-create the product roadmap
- Align business requirements with product features and proactively promote usage
- Coordinate technical escalations with solution engineering, support, and product teams
- Lead technical QBRs, integration reviews, and workshops to align the roadmap
- Monitor platform health, usage, and KPIs and derive improvement recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field
- More than 5 years of experience in enterprise e-commerce, with SaaS platforms or in digital consulting
- Proven experience in technical, customer-facing roles such as TAM, solution architect, or senior consultant
- Strong understanding of e-commerce architectures including storefronts, APIs, OMS, PIM, CMS, and ERP integrations
- Familiarity with headless commerce and MACH principles (microservices, API-first, cloud-native)
- Strong skills in reading architectural diagrams, API documentation, and working with REST, GraphQL, and webhooks
Nice To Have
- Experience with platform migrations, pre- and post-sales consulting, and knowledge of SCAYLE, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, commercetools, SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris), or Shopify Plus
