Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via our HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform, ensuring a safe and supportive virtual environment for patients.

• Perform comprehensive clinical intakes , develop tailored treatment plans, and provide ongoing therapeutic interventions based on each client's unique needs.
\n
• Employ a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), person-centered, and trauma-informed approaches.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes through our secure Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.

• Participate in optional clinical development activities, including peer consultation, Continuing Education Units (CEUs), and training sessions to hone your skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role, you will serve a diverse clientele facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational conflicts. Your ability to connect with clients from different backgrounds will be vital in fostering a therapeutic alliance and promoting positive health outcomes. The openness and flexibility in your approach will be essential as you adapt your treatment plans to address the evolving needs of your clients.

Qualifications\n

• Possess an active LPC license in Pennsylvania, with independent licensure required for this position.

• Have a master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Bring a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience , preferably in an outpatient setting, where you have worked directly with clients in a therapeutic capacity.

• Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously while remaining engaged with a supportive remote team.

• Excel in establishing rapport and effectively communicate with clients from various cultural and socio-economic backgrounds.

• Show proficiency in navigating telehealth platforms and adapting to digital record-keeping systems.
