Executive Assistant

Grand Rapids Community Foundation

The Executive Assistant provides high-level, comprehensive support to the Community Foundation’s President and CEO. They will work closely with the President and CEO on all Community Foundation activities, including serving as a liaison to the Board of Trustees, Senior Leadership Team, community partners, volunteers and donor partners. The Executive Assistant is responsible for the coordination and efficient operation of the Office of the President administrative activities. The Executive Assistant must be pro‑active, creative and thrive working in a collaborative environment that is mission‑driven, results‑driven and community oriented. They will have a demonstrated ability to be flexible and adaptive while exercising strong judgement and exceptional attention to detail, all while multitasking to meet deadlines. The Executive Assistant will have an extraordinary understanding and commitment to the Community Foundation’s mission and North Star along with experience collaborating effectively with persons from various cultural, social and ethnic backgrounds. They will have a demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative setting, effectively communicate around sensitive issues, a highly developed cultural awareness and the ability to be an active listener. #J-18808-Ljbffr
