We are hiring an Insurance Customer Service Representative to advise clients on their property and casualty insurance needs while delivering a best-in-class customer experience. The main responsibilities of this role will be primarily servicing existing accounts, while achieving cross-selling objectives and goals. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and values education-driven sales. You will work with team-oriented, driven professionals, follow a proven sales process, and receive top-tier training and support.

• First-year earnings range from $45,000 to $60,000, base + commission + bonus opportunities

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and deliver exceptional service
• Educate clients on risks, coverage options, and solutions that fit their needs
• Execute agency sales strategies to meet performance goals
• Manage client accounts and ensure policies remain current and effective
• Build and maintain long-term client and referral relationships

Requirements

• An Active Property and Casualty license preferred, with licensing assistance available for the right candidate
• Proven success in insurance sales or customer service
• Prior Allstate experience is a plus
• Positive, self-driven, and coachable mindset
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Desire for professional growth and career advancement
