Who We're Looking For: Prior experience in hospitality and/or customer-facing sales roles Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced work environment Courteous and professional written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence What You'll Do: Assist customers throughout the vehicle shopping and purchasing process Conduct product presentations and vehicle demonstrations Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers Manage follow-up activities and opportunities through the CRM Stay informed on new models, product updates, and manufacturer training programs Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commission based off individual payable gross and bonuses based on individual units sold and manufacturer approvability.
