Horizon is growing and looking for motivated, outgoing, and career-driven individuals to join our team as Sales Account Executives. This is a full-time opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and hitting goals in a fast-paced environment.

Whether you’re coming from customer service, retail, hospitality, sports, recent college experience, ready for a career change, or another people-focused background, we provide paid training and ongoing mentorship to help you succeed.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
  • Present products and services in a professional and engaging way
  • Manage client accounts and provide excellent customer support
  • Work closely with leadership and sales teams to meet performance goals
  • Meet with customers in office and on location
  • Learn sales strategies, business development, and account management
  • Participate in daily team meetings and ongoing training
