Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate individual client needs and create tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to deliver effective, evidence-based interventions to individuals and families.

• Lead psychoeducational workshops and support groups aimed at addressing common mental health issues, fostering community and connection among participants.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure coordinated care that meets the diverse needs of our patients.

• Provide crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies, ensuring safety and stability for clients in distress.

• Educate clients on mental health topics, empowering them with knowledge about their conditions and available resources.

• Maintain up-to-date, confidential documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in accordance with state and federal regulations.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development initiatives.

• Stay informed about the latest trends and research in mental health therapy to offer clients current and comprehensive care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Nevada.

• Expert understanding of mental health disorders, applicable evidence-based treatment methods, and therapeutic techniques.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct detailed mental health evaluations and to design and implement effective treatment plans.

• Experience in providing individual and group therapy to a wide array of populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
