Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from your home while providing high-quality care to clients via telehealth platforms. The typical work schedule runs from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate clients' needs and create tailored treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices.

• Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using varied modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in New Jersey.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct accurate mental health assessments and create effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Experience providing individual and group therapy to a diverse population, with a strong focus on therapeutic outcomes.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of experience in a mental health counseling role is required, candidates with extensive clinical experience will be viewed favorably. Compensation and Benefits\n
