Work Environment

Our Rehabilitation Center is designed to maximize patient engagement and recovery outcomes. The facility includes multiple treatment areas, private therapy rooms, and specialized equipment to cater to diverse rehabilitation needs. Working hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at InCore Physical Therapy, you will be responsible for:

• Patient Assessment & Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine patients' physical status, including their range of motion, strength, and functional limitations.
• Individualized Treatment Plans: Formulate and implement customized, evidence-based treatment plans that align with each patient's specific health goals and recovery needs.
• Hands-On Therapy & Modalities: Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and advanced rehabilitation modalities to restore functional mobility.
• Patient & Family Education: Deliver education to patients and their families focused on injury prevention, effective movement techniques, and recommendations for home exercise programs.
• Progress Monitoring & Documentation: Regularly track patient progress, make necessary adjustments to treatment plans, and ensure accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily involve engaging with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, athletes with sports-related injuries, and patients living with chronic pain conditions. You will be responsible for creating an effective therapeutic alliance with patients, instilling confidence and motivation throughout their rehabilitation journey.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of New Jersey.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a physical therapy setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution; a Doctorate (DPT) or Master's in Physical Therapy (MPT) is preferred.
• Strong understanding of orthopedic rehabilitation techniques and evidence-based practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Experience

• Demonstrated experience with diverse patient populations, particularly in orthopedic settings.
• Familiarity with rehabilitation modalities and manual therapy techniques.
• Experience in creating and executing comprehensive rehabilitation programs.

Compensation and Benefits

InCore Physical Therapy offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
