Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and formulate treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Provide crisis consultation and collaborate with the clinical team to develop pre-crisis and crisis intervention plans.
\n
• Document all clinical interactions accurately and in a timely manner to meet regulatory standards.
\n
• Implement evidence-based screening tools as part of comprehensive client evaluations.
\n
• Work with interdisciplinary teams to create and execute positive behavior support plans for clients.
\n
• Maintain compliance with all licensing and accreditation processes, actively participating in required meetings and training.
\n
• Establish relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to enhance service delivery and secure partnerships.
\n
• Promote and represent the agency at conferences, meetings, and task forces within your area of expertise.
\n
• Adhere to the agency’s mission and values in every interaction with clients and colleagues.
\n
• Assist the Clinic Director with additional responsibilities as needed.

Compensation and Benefits\n
