Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide virtual therapy sessions to individual clients and groups, utilizing various therapeutic modalities tailored to their specific needs.

• Maintain detailed and secure client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, documenting progress notes and treatment interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with school-aged children and adolescents, as well as their families, addressing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and adjustment disorders. Your ability to engage with diverse populations will be instrumental in building trust and fostering positive therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington state.

• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services, particularly in a therapeutic setting.
