Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies that meet the specific needs of each client.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups to address a diverse range of mental health issues.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, depending on client requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Forte Psychotherapy, you will work primarily with individuals and families who may have limited access to traditional mental health resources. This role contributes to serving a diverse client population, including those facing challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally in a clinical environment, is necessary.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in the field of mental health counseling is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
