Key Responsibilities\n

As our Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will be responsible for a variety of duties, including:

• Clinical Assessments: Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand the mental health needs of patients entering the detox program. Use your clinical expertise to formulate individualized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices.

• Therapeutic Interventions: Provide psychotherapy using various modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based approaches, ensuring applications are tailored specifically for each patient's background and recovery goals.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate records that comply with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies, documenting clinical progress, treatment plans, and interventions in our electronic health record system.

• Collaboration: Actively participate in team meetings with other mental health professionals to collaborate on patient care strategies, share insights, and partake in case conferences that enhance the treatment process.

• Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about mental health issues, coping strategies, and available community resources, empowering them with knowledge to better navigate their recovery journey.

• Caseload Management: Manage a full caseload of clients, ensuring that treatment goals are met effectively and ethically, adhering to professional standards set by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals in a detox center who are striving to overcome substance dependency. You will address a broad range of mental health challenges associated with addiction, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and co-occurring disorders. Your ability to build rapport and trust will be crucial in helping our patients achieve their recovery goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Massachusetts.

• At least 3 years of clinical experience in a mental health or substance abuse treatment setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 yearly , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
