Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to understand their mental health status, utilizing diagnostic tools and structured interviews.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans for clients, considering their unique backgrounds and challenges.

• Provide both individual and group therapy sessions utilizing culturally responsive methodologies, ensuring inclusive practices that resonate with clients' diverse experiences.

• Monitor clients’ progress regularly through follow-up sessions, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary for effective outcomes.

• Maintain precise documentation within our Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, reflecting client interactions and treatment progress to meet regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele encompasses a wide array of mental health disorders, including substance abuse, anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. You will engage with clients from various backgrounds and demographics, emphasizing cultural competence in therapy. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker-R (LCSW-R).

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n
