RecruiterLocation: Minneapolis, Minnesota Type: 8 month Contract Compensation: $42.00- 44.00/hr Work Model: Hybrid – onsite and remoteResponsibilities• Develop diverse talent pipelines based on anticipated needs and guidance from business leaders. • Develop business acumen and create relationships with business areas and labor relations. Provide consultation that demonstrates knowledge of the business and understanding of the talent market. • Accountable for full life cycle recruiting of entry- and mid-level bargaining/union postings. Effectively partner with stakeholders and utilize sourcing techniques. Clearly define and drive tactics and timeline for sourcing, service, assessment, and selection. Partner with team and stakeholders to ensure a seamless flow of service to the customer internal and external. • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop best practices and foster idea generation to drive continuous improvement efforts. Assist in coordinating Xcel Energy TA programs, and other duties as assigned.Requirements• BS/BA degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is highly preferred but not required • 5+ years fully cycle recruiting experience required (highly preferred with bargaining/union hiring) • Experience in partnering with Labor Relations • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively • Willingness to learn and grow with agility • Detail and process oriented • Experience with recruitment programs and sourcing strategies (including local events and diversity recruitment) preferred • Ability to travel occasionally and commute to events and company locations as needed.System One, and its subsidiaries including Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
