Senior Account Manager

Managing client relationships remotely, the full-time Senior Programmatic Account Manager will oversee the execution and performance of pilot and business-as-usual campaigns, ensuring client satisfaction and driving growth through upselling opportunities. Key responsibilities Manage and optimize campaign performance using Scibids AI technology, including monitoring setup and troubleshooting within DSPs Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing ongoing support, insights, and performance recommendations Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and campaign execution, while leading performance reviews and strategic optimization discussions Required qualifications 3 to 5 years of professional experience in programmatic trading, analytics, or account management within the programmatic space Experience with at least two DSPs such as DV360, The Trade Desk, Xandr, Amazon, or Yahoo; familiarity with Meta and Google Ads is a plus Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously A proactive attitude with a drive for career growth as the team expands Detail-oriented with effective communication skills for client engagement and internal collaboration
