The Bliss Reformation And Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time capacity. Work Environment\n

As a member of our Detox Center team, you will work remotely, providing flexibility while still maintaining a consistent and structured schedule. The work hours are typically Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with an understanding that occasional evening or weekend hours may be required based on client needs. Flexibility in scheduling is essential to accommodate clients and ensure continuity of care. Additionally, you may need to be on-call occasionally to respond to urgent situations for your clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive assessments of clients’ psychosocial needs, taking into account emotional, mental, and social factors that may affect their recovery journey.

• Collaborate with clients and their families to develop tailored care plans that align with individual goals, preferences, and therapeutic needs.

• Provide counseling and emotional support, helping clients navigate the complexities of recovery, including dealing with anxiety, depression, and other co-occurring disorders.

• Advocate for client rights and facilitate access to community resources, ensuring they receive appropriate services such as housing, healthcare, and community support.

• Work closely with an interdisciplinary team, which may include nurses, psychologists, and other health professionals, to create a seamless care experience.

• Conduct regular virtual check-ins to monitor clients’ progress, adjust care plans as necessary, and address emerging concerns or safety issues.

• Facilitate effective communication among family members involved in the treatment process to promote a cohesive support system for clients.

• Educate clients and families about available resources, including support groups and local services that can enhance overall quality of life.

• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, progress notes, assessments, and care plans in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals in detox recovery, including those facing addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders. You will be responsible for providing empathetic support, therapeutic intervention, and sustaining motivation as clients work through their challenges toward recovery. Understanding the unique needs of this population is essential, as many clients may also navigate various stages of mental health issues including anxiety and depression.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid LCSW state licensure is required.

• Minimum of two years of experience in a social work position, preferably within a community health center or related detox environment.
