Key Responsibilities Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns utilizing email, phone, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to engage target personas Qualify inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns against defined ideal customer profile criteria Book qualified discovery meetings for account executives and maintain a predictable pipeline of opportunities Utilize Salesforce CRM to meticulously track outreach activities, account notes, and next steps Leverage sales engagement tools like Outreach or Salesloft to test messaging and sequences for optimal response rates Collaborate regularly with sales leadership and marketing teams to refine target account lists and value propositions What We Are Looking For 0-2 years of professional experience in sales, business development, or high-volume customer-facing environments Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a confident phone presence High level of resilience, adaptability, and motivation to consistently achieve activity and pipeline quotas Bonus: Prior experience with Salesforce CRM, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or a technology sales bootcamp #J-18808-Ljbffr
