The accounts receivable coordinator will be responsible for daily cash application, monitoring receivables due, making collection calls on past‑due items, reconciling, and closing accounts receivable for the period. Responsibilities Monitor daily deposits of wire transfers, credit card payments, checks, etc. Record banking transactions into master bank spreadsheet Reconcile outstanding checks daily Monitor monthly aging report to track past‑due accounts and research discrepancies Make collection calls on past‑due accounts Post receipts to open A/R accounts Manually process credit cards for payment Process credits through receivables and mail credits to customers Close out receivables monthly, ensuring all cash has been applied and print aging report Make adjusting entries for cash, bank loans, and miscellaneous accounts Manage and balance petty cash Perform any other duties assigned Requirements 3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable Previous credit and collections experience Good understanding of computer applications (Word, Excel, etc.) High school education required; associate’s degree preferred Strong mathematical and logical skills Ability to interact with various department personnel Good teamwork and solid organizational and communication skills Strong work ethic and a desire for excellence #J-18808-Ljbffr Synerfac Technical Staffing
