The position entails providing direct nursing care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation to ensure positive resident outcomes. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams is essential to uphold quality standards and support the organizations mission. Job Details Position Description: Responsible for resident care delivery following the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, evaluation, and documentation in accordance with physicians plan of care. Required Qualifications: California Registered Nurse (RN) license, graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing, current CPR certification, at least one (1) year experience as a Registered Nurse, and availability for Night shifts. Schedule: Nights; 12-hour shifts; minimum of 36 hours per week. Additional Information: RTO requests are not approved unless noted in the employment offer.
