We're looking for a strategic, customer-focused Business Development Manager to lead growth within an assigned business segment. Reporting to the Site General Manager, this role owns commercial strategy, sales execution, and customer relationships—while building and leading a high-performing sales team. What You'll Be Doing Develop and execute sales and market strategies to achieve short and long‑term revenue goals. Identify new markets, applications, and growth opportunities through ongoing industry and customer analysis. Lead, develop, and manage the sales team (Sales Engineers, Inside Sales, etc.) Manage key new and existing customer relationships and establish long‑term agreements. Oversee quotations, pricing strategy, margins, and commercial terms. Track sales performance against forecasts and adjust strategies as needed. Promote CTS technologies and capabilities through customer visits, trade shows, and targeted marketing efforts. Partner cross‑functionally with engineering, operations, quality, and inside sales to resolve issues and deliver customer‑focused solutions. Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics impacting the business segment. Travel extensively to customer locations (~50%). About You Required 18+ years of age and ability to pass background & drug screening Must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR/EAR Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
