· Unlimited Income Potential:

o Full Time / Salary: $40K - $50K / yr depending on level of experience

o Tiered Commission: 6% , 8% , and 10% , no cap on max potential (e.g., your commission could exceed your salary)

o Profit Sharing: Yes

o Overtime: No

o Paid Vacation: Yes

o 401(k): Yes, with employer match

o Work Remotely: No

· The Role :

o You will focus on creating and maintaining strategic relationships to drive business growth while promoting the brand.

o You will present our value to local businesses (e.g., insurance agencies, plumbers, real estate offices, property managers, chamber of commerce(s), and professional network organizations) and build rapport over time with points of contact.

o As we grow, you will have opportunities for advancement based on your performance and qualifications.

· Core Responsibilities:

o Conduct daily marketing rounds to potential lead sources.

o Communicate/develop relations with lead sources and support dispatching.

o Increase territory revenue attributable to your business development activities.

o Daily logs into our Customer Resource Management (CRM) system to record your business development activities and measure your results.

· Basic Qualifications, Education:

o Your attitude, work ethic, and character are the most important attributes.

o An energetic happy personable individual who enjoys interacting with others.

o Must be capable of, despite having a bad day, not projecting that energy onto others.

o A detailed-oriented person who will not quit the moment s/he is discouraged. This is marketing, not selling.

o High School diploma or equivalent

o Valid driver’s license subject to a background check

o Experienced with computer tech (e.g., computers, smartphones, tablets, social media, Microsoft Office/other software)

o Able to travel locally throughout Marion County & Sumter County

o Above all, we are looking for positive, engaging attitudes, talented conversationalists and relationship-builders, and people who share our strong desire to help our community and one another. We will teach the rest!

o A plus :

§ Prior marketing/sales/customer service/restoration field experience

§ Experience developing a marketing territory, and generating prospective job leads with a positive performance record

§ Experience with business software technologies

§ Excellent organizational, time-management, oral/written communication, and interpersonal skills
