Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical capabilities, limitations, and goals.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing the latest evidence-based methodologies and therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and electrical stimulation.
• Monitor and document patients' progress regularly, adjusting treatment regimens as necessary to maximize recovery and improve patient outcomes.
• Communicate openly and effectively with patients and their families, providing education on home exercise programs and techniques for self-management to ensure continuity of care beyond the scope of the clinical setting.
• Collaboratively consult with interdisciplinary team members to develop comprehensive treatment strategies and participate in case discussions, ensuring that the holistic needs of patients are met.
• Utilize rehabilitation equipment and technology proficiently to diagnose and treat a wide array of physical therapy-related conditions.

Qualifications

• A valid Florida State license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills that facilitate effective collaboration with patients and team members.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 120,000 annually, based on the therapist's caseload and prior experience.
