A-Line Staffing is now hiring for a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor. The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor would be working for a major company and has career growth potential.

Facilities Maintenance Supervisor Compensation
Pay rate: $37.94 per hour
Shift/hours: Any shift, including weekends and overtime required to support plant operations.
Facilities Maintenance Supervisor Responsiblities:
Lead daily operations, maintenance, and continuous improvement of plant utility systems, including boilers, chillers, cooling towers, water treatment, and wastewater equipment.
Supervise skilled trades employees responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and compliant operation of critical utility systems supporting manufacturing processes.
Manage preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities to minimize downtime and enhance equipment reliability.
Coordinate maintenance schedules, prioritize work orders, allocate manpower, and manage contractors to ensure operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, including wastewater discharge permits, water treatment, and air permits, maintaining accurate operational records.
Lead troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, instrumentation, and control issues across plant systems.
Support operation and maintenance of automation systems such as PLC, HMI, SCADA, VFD, and instrumentation.
Facilities Maintenance Supervisor QUALIFICATIONS:
Critical Information
Shift/hours: Any shift, including weekends and overtime required to support plant operations.
Remote/on-site/hybrid: On-site.
Compliance/submission notes: Ensure environmental regulation compliance, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with outside contractors and vendors.
