Our client is looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead IT operations and support business technology needs. This role is a mix of leadership and hands-on support, focused on performance, mentoring teams, and ensuring reliable systems.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day IT operations and system performance
• Act as the escalation point for technical issues
• Partner with leadership to align IT with business needs
• Manage assets, infrastructure, and local network operations
• Lead, mentor, and support IT staff
• Drive service quality, uptime, and continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of IT experience with prior management experience
• Strong experience in Microsoft environments and enterprise systems
• Experience with networking, telecom, and remote access tools
• Solid communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New York, NY.

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.00/hr.
