Chilton Company Seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join their team as an Administrative Assistant.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients professionally and courteously
- Answer and direct multi-line phone calls
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Compose and type professional correspondence (emails and letters)
- Perform accurate data entry tasks
- Assist with specific accounting duties (experience a plus)
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to type accurately with 10-key proficiency
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Accounting experience preferred
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Team player with a positive attitude
