Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver evidence-based mindfulness-based interventions, such as Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), tailored to meet the individual needs of clients.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges, stressors, and therapeutic goals.

• Facilitate clients in practicing mindfulness techniques, meditation, and breathing exercises designed to enhance self-awareness and emotional well-being.

• Lead group workshops and educational classes centered around mindfulness practices, stress management, and building resilience, fostering community among participants.

• Incorporate mindfulness strategies into individual therapy sessions, addressing specific mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, and stress.

• Work collaboratively with other mental health professionals, integrating mindfulness into a cohesive treatment approach that optimizes client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to regulatory requirements.

• Engage in regular personal mindfulness practices and professional development efforts to continuously enhance your therapeutic skills and techniques.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of New York.

• Proven ability to integrate mindfulness practices into therapeutic interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
