Sr. Manager, Strategic Finance - Growth

Location: This hybrid role requires you to be located in or willing to relocate to San Francisco or New York. About The Role As a Senior Manager on the Growth Finance team, you will be a key strategic and financial thought partner for multiple cross‑functional teams, including Regional Finance, Operations, Tech, and Strategy & Planning. Your primary focus will be overseeing the spend and efficiency of key growth levers—such as incentives, offers, and pricing—across our Delivery and Mobility businesses, managing key initiatives to inform capital allocation and maximize spend efficiency and ROI. You will lead a team that leverages operational and financial data to generate insightful analysis, empowering decision‑makers across the business and contributing to high‑profile strategic initiatives. What You’ll Do Business partnerships: Work closely with business and functional leaders to enhance financial reporting and forecasting, driving insights and change with sound business judgment. Financial planning & capital allocation frameworks: Build and refine capital allocation frameworks across finance, operations, and strategy to support growth of lines of business. Business analysis: Connect financial insights to operational results and external environment. Scale reporting infrastructure: Lead cross‑functional projects to improve reporting tools and help the organization understand trends and manage targets. Develop the team: Grow and mentor your team while partnering with Strategic Finance to shape norms, mission, career paths, and goals. Special projects: Take the lead on new initiatives that arise, applying emerging strengths. Innovate: Push the boundaries beyond traditional forecasting, being creative, adaptive, and eager to learn new technical skills. Basic Qualifications BS/BA in Finance, Economics, or Mathematics Minimum of 8 years of experience in Consulting or Investment Banking Preferred Qualifications Advanced proficiency in SQL, data analytics, and visualization tools Operational experience, especially within growth and pricing strategies Exceptional ability to lead complex workstreams and manage a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with enterprise‑level financial planning systems MBA, CFA, or CPA qualification is a plus Base salary: USD$195,000–217,000 per year (depending on location).
