Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Brighter Days Therapy, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting personalized therapy sessions, using evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Assessing clients’ mental health disorders and creating individualized treatment plans that align with their goals and foster positive outcomes.

• Collaborating with family members, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to enhance the continuity of care and ensure a well-rounded treatment approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including couples, families, and individuals struggling with various issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, trauma, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

To excel in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
