This position operates in a fully remote setting, allowing you the flexibility to manage your schedule while delivering outpatient therapy services. Our working hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Providing individualized therapy services targeting the unique goals and challenges of each client, utilizing a range of modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and family systems therapy.

• Conducting thorough assessments to understand client needs and developing comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their families.

• Facilitating therapy sessions that may involve individuals, couples, and families, addressing issues such as relationship conflicts, anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Tracking and documenting client progress meticulously in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies, while maintaining confidentiality and sensitivity.

• Participating in regular team meetings to discuss client cases, share insights, and refine therapeutic approaches based on emerging evidence and best practices.

In this role, you will primarily serve a varied client base, including individuals dealing with relationship issues, families seeking resolution during challenging transitions, and adolescents navigating the complexities of mental health. Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field from an accredited institution.

• Active LMFT licensure in the state of Tennessee.
