Work Environment\n

The position is remote, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while contributing to meaningful therapeutic outcomes. As part of a forward-thinking team, you will collaborate with fellow practitioners and support staff, participating in virtual consultations, team meetings, and training sessions to ensure you remain at the forefront of the mental health field. Working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health, focusing on the intensity, frequency, and duration of their symptoms related to mood disorders and relational issues.

• Develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that align with each client's unique goals, preferences, and life circumstances.

• Implement treatment modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and various family systems approaches.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, potential coping strategies, and self-care practices to support their mental health journey.
\n
• Monitor client progress against treatment goals and adapt treatment plans accordingly, ensuring they meet evolving needs.
\n
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care for clients’ mental health needs.
\n
• Engage in ongoing learning and stay updated on the latest research in mental health to continually refine treatment approaches.
\n
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation that complies with legal, ethical, and organizational policies.
\n
• Participate in case consultations and team meetings to share insights and contribute to a culture of professional growth.

• Advocate for mental health awareness and destigmatization for clients, ensuring their needs are met with compassion and understanding.

Qualifications\n

• Possess an active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
