Key Responsibilities\n

Your daily activities will include the following:

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify their mental health needs and challenges, using standardized tools and interviews.

• Create individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, incorporating their unique goals and preferences.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Document all client interactions meticulously in the EHR system, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress and refine treatment approaches based on collaborative insights.

• Provide guidance and support to families involved in clients’ care, enhancing treatment outcomes through effective communication and coordination.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults, addressing a wide range of mental health issues from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship challenges. Your role will involve employing culturally competent practices to ensure that each client feels respected and understood throughout their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Possess an active state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Hold a minimum of a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Exhibit strong computer skills, with experience using EHR systems and proficiency in Google Suite.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of relevant experience is required, candidates with experience in teletherapy or community mental health settings will be given preference. Familiarity with trauma-informed care principles and crisis intervention strategies will also be beneficial in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
