Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to evaluate symptoms of mood disorders, determining severity and duration to inform treatment approaches.

• Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique goals and preferences for therapy.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailoring sessions to effectively address the specific issues faced by each client.

• Provide valuable education and resources to clients and their families about mood disorders, fostering understanding and promoting proactive self-care strategies.

• Continuously monitor client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes and satisfaction.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this position is on clients struggling with mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety disorders. Our patient population is diverse, varying in age, cultural backgrounds, and personal experiences. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Florida.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience is preferred, particularly specializing in mood disorders.

• Demonstrated ability to establish rapport and communicate effectively with clients from various backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, with an annual compensation between USD 80,000 and 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
