Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mood and behavioral disorders, documenting the duration and severity of clients’ symptoms to inform treatment plans.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment strategies utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as structural family therapy or narrative therapy that cater specifically to each client's unique circumstances.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions and therapeutic options, empowering them to take an active role in their treatment journey.

• Continuously monitor client progress, making necessary adjustments to therapeutic approaches to maximize treatment effectiveness.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate records in compliance with all legal and ethical standards ensuring client confidentiality and safety.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
