Admin Assistant, TX

Safety Worxs is seeking a detail-oriented, Administrative Assistant who is experienced in badgingto join our on-site team in Taylor, TX. This role requires a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing high-volumes of data entry, coordinating safety documentation, and office management. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, impeccable attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities:

• Creating badges and verifying information for entrance into and out of the job site.
• Upload, Collect, track, and submit large volumes of safety data using Excel and other reporting tools.
• Communicate with field personnel and management to ensure accurate and timely data reporting.
• Maintain organized safety records and databases for easy retrieval.
• Assist with office operations, ensuring administrative tasks are handled efficiently.
• Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems.
• Perform other administrative and safety-related tasks as needed to support project requirements.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of experience of strong data entry, document control, or administrative support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data entry, basic formulas).
• Comfortable using email, and other communication tools for high-volume message management.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.

Preferred:

• Korean/English Bilingual
• Local to Taylor, TX
• Experience in a safety-related administrative role, construction, or industrial environment.
• Experience working with Highwire or similar reporting platforms
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration, safety management, or a related field.
