Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCPC at Brightside Therapy Center, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting Group Therapy: You will lead engaging group therapy sessions where clients can connect, share experiences, and learn from one another in a supportive environment.

• Providing Individual Therapy: Offering personalized counseling, you will help clients explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. You will collaborate with them to develop effective coping strategies and customized action plans tailored to their individual circumstances.

• Crafting Treatment Plans: You will collaborate closely with clients to design individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that align with their specific mental health needs and preferences.

• Monitoring Client Progress: You will utilize various assessment tools and feedback mechanisms to track and evaluate client progress, ensuring that treatment plans remain effective and relevant.

• Collaboration with Team: Regular communication with multidisciplinary team members is essential. You will coordinate care and consult on complex cases to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Your primary focus will be on young adults facing mental health and mood disorders. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s Degree in a relevant field such as counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) licensure.
\n
• Experience in mental health treatment, having previously worked with clients dealing with mental health or mood disorders in either residential or outpatient settings.

• A collaborative attitude, showcasing a passion for helping others and contributing positively to our mission.

• Strong clinical skills, encompassing techniques such as motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy.
