About the Role
The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for inheriting and developing existing client relationships, as well as researching and identifying new client companies. This role requires a strong understanding of the real estate industry, including investment, finance, development, asset management, leasing, and acquisitions. The Associate Vice President will also be involved in the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and retaining business with client companies to managing the placement of suitable candidates. A modern, data-first approach to business development is essential, and the role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse and passionate team. Applicants for the Associate Vice President position should have 2-5 years' of recruitment or high-level business development experience, with a proven track record of increased ownership and accountability. While direct hire, executive-level placement work, and experience in the real estate industry are not mandatory, they are advantageous. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal, communication, sales, and negotiation skills, and demonstrate a passion for a career in search and placement, particularly within the real estate sector. A desire to build a robust long-term business and the ability to work in a results-based, flexible environment are also key attributes for this role.
