Salary Range: $49,000 - $81,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines (lathes, mills, grinders) according to specifications.
• Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and G-code to determine machining operations.
• Monitor machine operations, making adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure adherence to tight tolerances using precision measuring tools.
• Perform routine maintenance on CNC machinery to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to machine operation, tooling, and programming.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience setting up and operating CNC mills and/or lathes.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and G-code.
• Demonstrated ability to perform quality checks using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Strong understanding of tooling, fixtures, and material properties.
• Experience with machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
