Accounting Associate

Our not‑for‑profit hospice and palliative care organization has an opportunity for an organized, detail‑oriented, compassionate, and resourceful individual. Candidates must have strong communication and time‑management skills and be eager and willing to handle the diverse responsibilities of the job with a helpful, professional attitude, and a friendly demeanor. Job Responsibilities The Accounting Associate engages in fiscal billing and supports multiple aspects of managing and analyzing the organization’s financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance. Schedule and Weekly Hours Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. Education, Skills, and Experience College degree or equivalent experience preferred. Insurance billing background (hospice or other type of facility) or some accounting experience. Experience with any accounting program (QuickBooks, Sage, Aplos, etc).
