Work Environment\n

This position is designed to be a remote role, allowing for flexibility while still being part of a vibrant and interactive team. The typical work hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening or weekend shifts on a rotational basis to accommodate our clients' schedules. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments of clients presenting with mood disorders to ascertain the severity, frequency, and duration of their symptoms, ensuring a personalized understanding of their challenges.

• Collaborate with clients to formulate individualized treatment plans that are responsive to their unique needs, goals, and preferences, emphasizing a client-centered approach.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate effective treatment and recovery.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies to empower them in their mental health journey.

• Monitor client progress throughout the therapeutic process with regular evaluations and adjustments to treatment plans as necessary, ensuring optimal outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of New York.
