What You'll Do Generate Opportunities Make inbound and outbound calls to homeowners Engage prospects and identify potential needs Schedule qualified appointments for our sales team Build rapport and create positive customer experiences Drive Performance Maintain high call activity (20–30+ calls per hour) Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly appointment goals Handle objections confidently and professionally Follow proven scripts and processes while maintaining natural conversations Stay Organized Accurately document activity and customer information in our CRM Coordinate with the sales team to ensure quality appointment handoffs Maintain professionalism and consistency throughout the customer journey Schedule Monday – Thursday: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM Friday: Optional 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM Compensation Competitive Hourly Base Pay Weekly Performance Bonuses Appointment Quality Incentives Additional Earning Opportunities Based on Performance Your success directly impacts your income.
