Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to evaluate their mental health needs, ensuring a thorough understanding of each individual's journey toward recovery.

• Maintain and update detailed progress notes, treatment plans, and patient records in compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Collaborate with the clinical director for chart audits, utilizing your expertise to contribute to the quality and accuracy of documentation.

• Participate actively in staff meetings, sharing insights and learnings in clinical supervision sessions to enhance team effectiveness.

The clients you will support at Fresh Start range from individuals struggling with addiction to those facing dual diagnoses and mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid LCSW license in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
